GCSE
UK General Certificate of Secondary Education, taught to the exam board's specification for students sitting privately or studying overseas.
Live online classes
Edify teaches live classes online — secondary and professional. A lecturer, on Google Meet, in real time, so you can ask the question the moment it comes up.
Programmes
Edify follows a learner the whole way up — the exams at sixteen, then the qualification that gets them hired.
UK General Certificate of Secondary Education, taught to the exam board's specification for students sitting privately or studying overseas.
A+ covers hardware, software and troubleshooting for a first IT support role. Network+ adds infrastructure, operations and protocols. Security+ covers threat management, encryption, identity and risk — the standard entry ticket into cybersecurity.
Write real code from the first session. Start with the fundamentals every language shares — variables, logic, loops, functions — then go deeper in whichever one fits where you're headed: Python for data and automation, JavaScript for the web, Java or C++ for software and systems work.
Build and ship real websites — HTML, CSS and JavaScript foundations through to responsive layouts, hosting and a portfolio piece you can show an employer.
Tuition for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification, paper by paper, for students working towards chartered status while holding down a job.
How we teach
No pre-recorded library, no course you work through alone. Every Edify session is taught live by someone who answers when you put your hand up.
A lecturer teaches the session as it happens. If something doesn't land, it gets explained again — right then, not in a comment thread three days later.
Classes open in a browser on a laptop or phone. Nothing to buy, nothing to install, and the same link every week.
Cameras are optional and questions are not an interruption. The point of a live class is that you can stop it.
Classes run Monday through Saturday, so a timetable can be built around school, work or a shift pattern.
How it works
Tell us the programme, the subject and when you need to be exam-ready. Call or email if you'd rather talk it through first.
We match you to a class group and confirm your days, times and fee before anything is due.
Sessions run on Google Meet. Open the link, join from any browser, and ask questions as they come up.
You go into the paper having covered the syllabus with someone who knows it — and who you could actually ask.
About Edify
Edify exists to make good teaching reachable — for the student sitting GCSEs, and the adult studying for a qualification after work.
We build our classes around one belief: a lesson should not disappear the moment it ends. So we record it, summarise it, test it and report on it — and then we're still there when the student comes back with a question.
